Aphria RX GmbH was originally founded in Bad Bramstedt in 2018 and relocated to Neumünster in 2020. As a subsidiary of Tilray Brands it operates an EU-GMP-certified medical cannabis cultivation facility there and is one of three companies holding a German cultivation licence. Under the Aphria/AphriaRX brands and the premium brand ARX launched in 2026, the company distributes both imported and German-grown cannabis flower.
