Bedica is the indica-leaning standard cultivar of the Dutch producer Bedrocan, which has supplied pharmaceutically standardized cannabis to the European market since the early 2000s. The underlying cultivar is designated Talea and is grown under controlled GMP conditions in the Netherlands. Its terpene profile is clearly myrcene-dominant, complemented by gamma-eudesmol, giving an earthy, spicy aroma. Bedica is offered as an irradiated flower and in granulated form with about 14 percent THC and less than 1 percent CBD. As one of the oldest standardized strains, it serves as a reference product in many countries.
