Bedrocan was founded in Veendam, Netherlands, in 1984 and developed standardised medical cannabis chemovars in the 1990s. Since 2003 it has been the exclusive supplier to the Dutch Office of Medicinal Cannabis. The company operates EU-GMP-certified production facilities in the Netherlands and Denmark and supplies the German market via importers.
